S276 Slope Control The Grad-line S276 slope control accurately controls the slope of the screed to assure precise asphalt mat spreads. The slope control uses a Ramsey designed servoed inclinometer-type sensor built specifically for paving applications. The slope control comes with a remote handset for easy, convenient adjustment of slope. Reference Catalog No. 50.600

SONAMAT II The SonaMat II uses sound waves to detect the material level in front of the screed. Because the SonaMat II never contacts the asphalt, it can't become trapped or hung-up like the traditional paddie-type controls. The Calibrating circuitry enables the SonaMat II to be mounted on any convenient part of the paver, with automatic adjustment eliminating the need to measure the height of the control above the material. Pavers presently equipped with paddle type auger controls can be retrofitted with the SonaMat II control. Conversion kits complete with cords, clamps, and instructions are available from Ramsey. GSIII Level Control System The new GSIII system is the most advanced grade and slope control system available today. It combines the latest microprocessor technologies with state of the art sonic and time proven mechanical controls. Ramsey has utilized its 25+ years of experience in designing and manufacturing grade controls to build the type of rugged and reliable system that you can use every day. The GSIII system consists of two control stations at the screed, two remote sonic sensors for the grade control, a slope sensor and a new mechanical sensor for stringline use. The system comes complete with new quick release brackets designed for simplicity and everyday use. These brackets can easily be bolted to any type of paver, old or new. |
